Wolgast Announces Additions to Staff

Wolgast Corporation announces additions to its staff Steve Kerby of Saginaw’s Thomas Township has accepted a position as Director of Business Development for the company. He joins the sales team to seek out and develop new clients while serving existing customers for Design-Build and General Construction opportunities. Kerby, a Leadership Saginaw graduated, brings experience from his previous role as Director of Sales for Source One Environmental in Davison. He achieved his B.S. in Finance and MBA from Central Michigan University and also received leadership and sales training from Dale Carnegie. Kerby is involved with Swan Valley Athletics, has coached Rage travel baseball and Sugar Beets travel softball, and is an outdoorsman active in the Riverend Hunt Club.

Ronald Jacob George (Jacob) of Saginaw, Michigan has accepted a position as Field Manager for the Construction Management Division. George has 3 years of construction experience, 6 years in Navy leadership “CM2 (SCW)”, and 4 years of trade school. Previously holding the position of Project Superintendent, George’s experience has established supervisory skills on the job site, also for scheduling, safety enforcement, and quality control monitoring. He has first-hand experience with carpentry and leading a workforce. As Wolgast Field Manager, George will be responsible for being on the construction site from start-to-finish, participating in weekly trade contractor meetings, monitoring progress, enforcing safety standards, offering value engineering suggestions, and overseeing any warranty issues that may arise.

Jonathan Cole Lewis of Shields, Michigan has accepted the position of Field Manager in the Construction Management Division with more than 10 years in the construction industry. Lewis earned his Master of Science in Construction Management and Technology at Arizona State University this year. He will be responsible for being on the construction site from start-to-finish, participating in weekly trade contractor meetings, monitoring progress, enforcing safety standards, offering value engineering suggestions, and overseeing any warranty issues that may arise.

Erik Seebeck has worked with Wolgast for the past two summers as a college intern while attending Northern Michigan University. Just recently graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Wolgast’s Construction Management Division has hired Seebeck full-time as a Field Manager. He will be responsible for being on the construction site from start-to-finish, participating in weekly trade contractor meetings, monitoring progress, enforcing safety standards, offering value engineering suggestions, and overseeing any warranty issues that may arise.

These additions will allow Wolgast to serve its clients’ diverse construction requirements more effectively.
