Wolgast Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Salyers. Salyers, formerly Vice President of Construction Management, has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Salyers will now oversee both Construction Management and Design/Build – General Construction Divisions.
Salyers’ leadership over the past four years has helped to grow Wolgast’s Construction Management Division, and his experience with large, complex projects has opened doors for Wolgast to diversify and strengthen the company. He has over 25 years of construction experience and has worked for several top general contractors and construction management firms throughout the country. During his tenure with Wolgast, Salyers has proven he can bring teams together in which our clients can have confidence and trust. “We’re confident that with the combination of the current strengths of our Design/Build – General Construction Team and the addition of Salyers’ leadership and experience, we’ll see continued success and growth in the Design/Build – General Construction Division and perpetual success for our clients,” said President & CEO, Brian Stadler. “Changes like this are how we continue to position the company for success long into the future.”
Additionally, Wolgast announces the promotion of Jeff Bates, LEED AP to Director of Construction Management Division. Bates has 25 years of construction experience and has been an employee-owner with Wolgast for more than 15 years. Previously, Bates was Senior Project Manager within the Construction Management Division. With a background in Architecture, Bates specializes in schedule and cost-control. Going forward, Bates will apply his experience and collaboration skills to oversee that CM project goals are met or exceeded for our K-12 School Clients.
