Construction Education Enhancement for St. Charles Students

Wolgast Employee-Owners helped St. Charles Elementary School students learn about entrepreneurism as part of the Junior Achievement program last Thursday.  Steve Salyers and Donna Ratzlaff, who were part of the Project Management team for the recent building addition at St. Charles Community Schools, met with 5th grade students to promote an interest in their future vocation.  They did this by discussing the options of running their own business or working for an established company and also playing a game to teach about sourcing materials for a manufacturing operation.  They finished off the day with a tour of the new addition to their school and fielded students’ questions.
