ABC recognized Wolgast as having an exceptional safety record, rigorous employee training, and safety education program. Awards are based on evaluation of safety programs and safety performance of comparable companies with similar total man hours in a calendar year, which for Wolgast was 250,000 - 500,000 man hours.
